Globalisation
A few words
Globalisation ... a concept with a great number of opponents and many allies. Many are those who do not want it while others are accused to impose it. And yet...
In 2012, the natural disasters in Thailand caused a 100% increase in consumer’s products in the western countries.
In 2011, the Ukraine-Russia conflict “left” Western Europe in the cold.
Recently, the avian flu threatened the whole western world.
The 2008 banking system crisis in the USA transferred to Europe and is still threatening the most solid economies in the world. On the other hand, the socioeconomic problems of Greece are presented as a major threat to the rest of the world.
For many years now, human beings have been “getting closer and closer”. The progress of mechanics has reduced distance while progress in the fields of informatics and communications allow for immediate and frequent communications.
Henceforth, people are closer... everyone’s lives are connected by an invisible thread... What some people do, directly affect the lives of others...
